Course Description

This course includes aspects of both the Technology and Health Curricula. Practical work is an important part of the year's programme. Course fees cover the costs associated with practical work.

Food Safety/ Introduction to the Foods Room
Healthy Eating for Teenagers
Sports Nutrition
Culture and Food
Festival foods
