Year 9 English

During Year 10 English you will be encouraged to develop the skills of writing, reading, speaking and presenting. 

You will read and study written (novels, poems, stories), oral (speeches) and visual (film) texts as well as taking part in our reading awards programme. 

You will produce formal and creative writing as well as speak in a range of situations and present visual images.
