Course Description

As Dumbledore said, “It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live.” Was he right? Do our dreams inspire us to higher heights or can they ultimately lead us to be unsatisfied? What about when our obsessions turn into nightmares for ourselves and others. Explore the concept of ‘Dreams and Nightmares’ in this Level 3 English course. 

There will be a total of 18 credits on offer; 10 internal and 8 external. You will complete two external assessments on written and visual text. The internal assessments include a writing portfolio and either a research assessment or a text connections assessment.
